Fee Waiver & Reduction Program Application Deadlines
Fee Waiver applications not received by the deadline will require approval. An appeals form must also be submitted with the completed Fee Waiver application.
Fee Waiver Application Deadline
Completed Fee Waiver applications (including other CSU campuses) must be submitted to the CSUF Risk Management Office by the deadline. An appeal must be approved and submitted along with the approved Fee Waiver application after the application deadline. Applicants attending other CSU campuses, please reach out to your prospective campus for details about the deadline.

Fee Waiver Appeal Form
Please complete an Employee Fee Waiver Appeal Form
to be submitted with your Fee Waiver Application for approval.
Completed and approved Fall 2023 Fee Waiver applications must be submitted to the CSUF Human Resources benefits office by 08/24/2023.
After the semester tuition payment deadline, an Application to Appeal for a Fee Waiver form must be provided along with your approved fee waiver form and an accompanying written explanation as to why you are submitting your fee waiver past the documented due date.
