Your CSUF Form 1098-T will be issued by mail at the beginning of the year. If you would like to  Go Green,  consent to receive your form electronically!

What is the irs form 1098-T?

Each January Cal State Fullerton provides an IRS Form 1098-T to all eligible students who had qualified tuition and other related educational expenses paid to the University, along with scholarships, grants or awards administered by the University during the previous calendar year. The Form 1098-T may be used by students or parents to claim the American Opportunity Tax or Lifetime Learning Educational Tax Credits. Receipt of Form 1098-T does not indicate eligibility for the tax credit(s).

How do I consent to receive my Form 1098-T electronically?

Step 1

    Log into your portal

Log into the Student Homepage

Access your Student Homepage through the Titan Online Student Portal and log in with your CSUF credentials.

Step 2

    Consent and access

Access the Financial Account Tile

Look under the Account Services menu and select "Consent & Access 1098-T"

Step 3

    Grant Consent

Grant Consent to Go Green

Click on the "Grant Consent" link to go green and receive your form 1098-T electronically. 

Step 4

    Read and Agree

Read & Agree

Click "Yes" after you read and agree to the Consent Agreement. Thanks for going green! 

*Consent only required once and is valid until canceled with us at Student Business Services.
