Customer Satisfaction Survey Update

 

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey last year. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority. Your feedback helped us evaluate our current performance and identify areas for improvement.

Based on the results of the survey last year, we have implemented the following:

  • Updated video on "How to Make a Payment OnlineOpens in new window " - Click on "Media" tab on the SFS website.
  • Created handouts for Fees, Payment Due Dates, and other information that will assist students.
  • Established a new logo that represents SFS and will differentiate SFS from the Office of Financial Aid to be used in emails, letters, and our website.
  • Increased staffing with more Student Assistants to meet our customer service needs.
  • Implemented new procedures to address the sound issues with our cashiering windows.

We believe the above implementation will provide a better customer service to our customers.
